Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.  
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

- Express Delivery: 5–10 business days, $9.99  
- Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days, $4.99  

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.  
Hazardous materials, oversized products, or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.  
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
